  • My approach with all my clients is to form a relationship that is based on honesty, transparency and trust. I want my clients to feel comfortable working with me and I want them to feel supported. I will drive accountability in a way that builds confidence and comfort in the decisions you make.

  • My goal when working with clients is to educate and empower. I want to share my knowledge and experiences with my clients in a way that empowers them to take control of their health, fitness and overall wellness. I do not subscribe to diets. I want my clients to feel free to enjoy what is good for them and what helps them achieve their goals. It is important for me that the changes we make as we work together are changes that clients can sustain that will make their lives better.

  • I am excited to work with anyone who is dedicated to living their best life and wanting to thrive. While I feel I connect most with busy moms who are trying to balance life (as I've been there myself for many, many years....and still am there most days), I can work with all populations.

  • First and foremost, I want to understand my clients' desire to change. I want to connect and learn their current challenges and where they want to be. From there it would be selecting which program they'd like and then we'd onboard. Onboarding is confirming payment, completing the necessary paperwork and then goal setting. After the goal setting I would write the programming based on the client and we'd be on our way!
